On 1st January 2021, the UK government abolished the so called "tampon tax" - meaning that women in Britain no longer had to pay tax on tampons and sanitary towels. This was thanks to the expertise, hard work, and persistence of a group of women who worked together to campaign for change. This illustration marks this significant moment and wants to record in history the changes makers who made this possible. A big thank you to all of you.
