ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Summit Fundraising is led by Louise Morris. As a former Fundraising Director, a current trustee, and from extensive work with charity CEOs and Boards Louise has a great perspective from both sides – understanding the challenges of charity leadership as well as of fundraisers. This is crucial for successful major donor programmes.
WHAT THE CLIENT SAID
One of the highlights of my year has been working with the talented sketch-noter Mandy Johnson, who is also a former (very talented!) fundraiser.
I asked her to bring to life a new 5 step model I developed to help charities raise more major gifts by focusing on major donors as.............people. It sounds obvious doesn't it! But often we focus so much on our targets we don't focus on the relationships.
I think Mandy did a pretty amazing job!
MADE BY MORTALS

A charity that brings peoples experiences to life. Using a combination of theatre, music, audio and film they create immersive performances, workshops and events.
To turn the Director's hand-drawn notes of the charity's theory of change into something that could be shared externally.
