The AMA is a membership body working with individuals and organisations in the arts, culture and heritage sector.

They hired Sketchnotes UK to take live sketchnotes at their annual conference.

The sketchnotes were sent to attendees after the event as a "surprise and delight" in their follow up communications. They also used them for social media to promote the content and quality of their conference.
